From first email to homecoming
The process
Six steps, no surprises, and a refundable reservation fee that means you are never locked into a decision you have not fully made.
The six steps
Apply
Fill in the application. It asks about your household, your timing and which puppy has caught your eye. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
We talk
I read every application myself and reply within 24–48 hours. If it looks like a fit, we speak — phone or video, your choice. I will ask questions. You should ask more.
Choose your puppy
Live video of the puppy you are considering, plus recent photographs and the vet record so far. If the match is not right, I will say so, and we wait for the next litter.
Reserve — $200, refundable
The reservation fee holds your puppy and pays for the final health checks, travel paperwork and travel crate. It is refundable in full at any point before travel.
Weekly updates
Photographs and video every week until they are ready to leave, plus the feeding and settling notes so your first week at home is not a guessing game.
Homecoming
Collection in person, ground transport, or an accompanied flight. Balance is settled before travel is booked, and nothing is booked until you approve it.
Plainly stated
What a puppy costs, and what the reservation covers.
No tiers, no upsells, no “premium bloodline” surcharge invented at the last minute. One price per puppy, published on the page, the same for everyone who applies.
The reservation fee
It pays for the work that happens before your puppy travels.
Nothing moves without your say-so. Not a booking, not a flight, not a payment — you approve every step before it happens.
Delivery & travel
Three ways a puppy gets home.
Travel is quoted separately and honestly. You see the actual cost, in writing, before anything is booked.

Questions
Everything people ask.
How much is a puppy?
Girls are $800 and boys are $600. That is the whole price of the puppy — it does not change with colour, markings or how much interest a particular puppy attracts.
Travel costs are separate and depend entirely on where you are. I will give you the exact figure in writing before anything is booked.
Is the reservation fee really refundable?
Yes. The $200 reservation fee is returned in full if you change your mind at any point before your puppy travels. It is a hold, not a trap.
While it is held, it pays for the final veterinary examination, the vaccination and microchip records, the health certificate and any export paperwork, and the airline-approved travel crate. If you withdraw, I absorb that cost — not you.
What does “nothing moves without your say-so” mean in practice?
No flight is booked, no transport is arranged and no balance is taken until you have seen the plan in writing and confirmed it. If you want to pause for a fortnight, we pause. If you want your vet to review the health record first, we wait for your vet.
How do I pay, and when?
The $200 reservation fee first. The balance is settled once your puppy has passed their final health check and before travel is booked.
Can you deliver internationally?
Yes, and it is arranged the same way every time: paperwork first, flight second, and a named person responsible at both ends. Your country's import rules set the timeline, not me — some require a rabies titre test and a waiting period that can add months.
I will tell you honestly, before you reserve, whether the timing you want is actually possible.
Can I visit, or see the puppy on video?
Visitors are welcome by arrangement, and I encourage it if you are close enough. If you are not, we do live video — not a recording — so you can see the puppy, the litter and the room they are being raised in, and ask me to point the camera anywhere you like.
What health guarantee do I get?
A written guarantee against congenital conditions, sent to you in full before you pay anything, along with the complete veterinary record.
Do you ever turn people down?
Often. Usually it is timing rather than the family — a house move, a new baby, twelve-hour days without anyone home. A Pomeranian is a small dog with a large need for company, and starting them in the wrong month rarely recovers.
What if I am not ready yet?
Apply anyway and say so on the form. There is a ‘planning ahead’ option. Waitlist families hear about a litter before it is announced on the website, and they choose first.
Ready when you are
